MAS Koggala is part of the MAS Holdings Group. MAS Holdings is one of the world’s most recognised designed delivery solution providers, with over 30 years of industry expertise. Operating within the Free Trade Zone in Habaraduwa, MAS Koggala is a high-performance production facility for the MAS Intimates vertical.
Spanning multiple functional zones within a factory office environment, this workspace redefines how industrial corporate interiors can be expressive, dynamic, and deeply human-centric. Designed and manufactured by Westgate, the MAS Koggala office interior is a celebration of colour and storytelling, where each zone unfolds as a distinct visual and experiential chapter. The interior moves fluidly between focus-driven workspaces, collaborative zones, and social hubs.
Each department and breakout zone adopts a unique tonal identity. Bold feature walls, layered textures, and carefully curated lighting fit-outs transform circulation paths into immersive design moments. Decorative wall backlighting and sculptural, artsy suspended fittings become focal points that add character throughout the office. Workstations, planned with ergonomic functionality at their core, incorporate well-designed computer chairs that prioritise employee health. Storage and display elements such as bespoke book cupboards are seamlessly integrated into the architecture, balancing visual appeal with everyday utility.
Custom-designed kitchen cupboards combine sleek finishes with everyday practicality. The breakout and dining spaces take inspiration from coffee shop interior design, introducing warmth and layered lighting. The café-style zone, wrapped in a bold orange colour palette, softens the corporate atmosphere, offering moments of pause and mental recharge within a high-performance operational environment. Material and colour contrasts from soft upholstery and warm timber to metal detailing enrich the visual narrative, while polished surfaces and lingerie mannequins introduce subtle brand refinement.
