Designing a space for such a dynamic organization involves incorporating the essence of its values into its operational space; in NCINGA’s case, they are courage, collectiveness, and consciousness. Contrast in interior design is always a bonus, and this space design is a prime example.

The open ceiling concept gives a rustic edge to the space, seamlessly blending with the furniture and material selection. The office space plan is inspired by NCINGA’s focus on collaboration and people. This led to the creation of multiple breakout spaces with an array of different seating options, offering spaces conducive to human collaboration. A cozy atmosphere was created using dim lighting upon client request, while Westgate incorporated bright and bold brand colours throughout the space. Lush foliage and greenery have brought a sense of nature to the densely populated interior space, as it has limited outdoor viewing. The pop of orange across the space along with the soundproof call booths is a fun addition.
